Costa Kotselas: About

COSTA KOTSELAS

About | Credits | Contact

Costa Kotselas spent his summers growing up in Greece and traveling throughout Europe. His musical language was greatly influenced by his early exposure to different cultures and an interest in his Greek heritage. His compositions have been featured on "Charmed" and "Beverly Hills 90210" and in The Girls' Room.

He gained experience in film working with Hans Zimmer and Harry Gregson-Williams on projects including Black Hawk Down, Spirit, and Spy Game, for which he did sound design and drum programming. His own compositions have been added to independent and student filmmaker projects, including Evan Spiliotopoulos' Light Of Orient Gate.

In addition to scoring independent film and working in various capacities for established composers in town, Costa has a techno band. He and Chris Papastergiou are the band Entropy of Chaos. Their first CD was released by Messogeon Music Publishing and is available for purchase online through the Entropy of Chaos website. He is also the VIP technical consultant on the music software program, Cubase.

Costa has a project studio in Bel Air. He is managed by Karrie Vickery at Bleu Jean Management. Contact Costa to discuss your upcoming project's music needs.
